Product variations can create a problem: cable ducts, awnings or radiators, for example, may sometimes have a constant cross-section, but they come in very different lengths. This is where endless corrugated board comes into its own. It puts an end to the costly flood of special packaging for every individual dimension.
Delivered in zigzag form on pallets, endless corrugated board needs only minimum storage space and customers can make the blanks that they want, in the desired quantity, on a just-in-time basis. Variable web widths of between 300 and 2400 mm suit every requirement. If required, printed endless corrugated board can be provided right from the manufacturing stage with scoring, cutting marks or perforations that greatly simplify further processing.
When large quantities have to be packed, picking and packing machines developed specially for use with endless corrugated board, offer significant scope for savings.
